Invoice Converter provides a web-based tool for converting structured electronic invoice files between European eInvoicing formats, including UBL 2.1, FatturaPA, Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, UN/CEFACT CII, SKEF, and human-readable PDF. The service also provides informational content about European eInvoicing standards, regulations, and implementation guidance.

2. Eligibility

This service is intended for business and professional use. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Invoice Converter, you agree to:

• Upload only invoice files that you are authorized to process.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Not use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond the documented API.
• Not upload malicious files, scripts, or content that could harm the service or other users.

4. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Invoice Data and File Handling

Invoice files uploaded for conversion are processed temporarily on our servers. You retain ownership of your invoice data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content of your uploaded files.

Converted documents are available for download during your session. Files are automatically deleted after a short retention period. For details on data handling, see the Privacy Policy.

6. Conversion Output and Accuracy

While we strive for accurate format-level conversions, the service is provided as a tool to assist with invoice format transformation. You acknowledge that:

• Converted output should be reviewed and validated before use in legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory workflows.
• Conversion does not guarantee acceptance by tax authorities, clearance platforms, Peppol access points, or receiving systems.
• The quality of conversion output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the source invoice file.
• Some data fields may require manual review or adjustment after conversion due to differences between format specifications.

7. API Usage

If you access the conversion service through the B2B API, you agree to use the API within the documented rate limits and authentication requirements. API access may be subject to additional terms, usage quotas, or subscription requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

The Invoice Converter website, including its design, text content, code, logos, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of CV Studio and Aperp Technologies India Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

References to third-party standards (UBL, FatturaPA, Factur-X, EN 16931, Peppol, etc.) are used for informational purposes. These standards are owned by their respective organizations.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability
