Information the service processes
- Account details such as name, email address, authentication information, and account activity.
- Conversion metadata such as source and target formats, file names, file size, status, and timestamps.
- Invoice files sent to the conversion API so the requested conversion can be performed.
- Contact-form details including name, email, optional mobile number, message, IP address, and browser information.
- Security information from Google reCAPTCHA v3 used to protect the contact form from abuse.
Do not upload information that you are not authorised to process. Invoice files can contain personal or commercial information belonging to other people or organisations.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide conversion and download features, maintain conversion history, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use invoice contents to create advertising profiles.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. The application also loads Google reCAPTCHA when the contact form is used and loads the Google AdSense script on the site.

Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by the hosting provider, database and email infrastructure, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google advertising services where those services are enabled. Providers receive only the information needed to operate their service. We do not sell invoice contents or contact details.

We retain account, contact, and conversion information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the Contact Us form. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
